Orders generally take 1-3 days to reach our warehouse. Delivery time will then depend on your location, but the entire process should not take more than 13-18 days.

We do not offer free shipping by default, as we strive to provide the best possible customer experience through high-quality products and services. However, we do offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more t-shirts, as a thank you for your loyalty!

Return policy

At Maison Rico, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality custom products, especially for you. All our items are made to order and are only produced after you have placed your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

What is the return policy?

Since all our products are made specifically for you after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will offer a replacement or refund if your product is defective or incorrectly made.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the problem and we will send you a replacement product or process a refund for the affected item. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Why is this policy in place?

As our products are made specifically for each customer, they are considered custom-made items under European consumer legislation, which means the 14-day return period does not apply. Therefore, we can only accept returns in cases of defects or errors.
